CORTEIZ 24HR
COLLECTION CHALLENGE
24 hours, 10-piece collection, and a challenge to push my creative limits. Inspired by Clint419's design challenge for Corteiz, I crafted a cohesive collection that is authentic, and remains true to the brands core ethos. This project honed my ability to deliver impactful, trend-driven designs under pressure while showcasing my adaptability and vision.
PROJECT BRIEF
The Corteiz 24-Hour Design Challenge, initiated by brand owner Clint via X, tasked fans of the brand and aspiring creatives with conceptualizing a 10-piece collection within a 24-hour time frame. Fortune favors the bold, and with only one winner… challenge accepted.
MY APPROACH
As an avid fan of Clint and his work, I aimed to stay authentic to the brand and its core tenets. At its essence, Corteiz is a streetwear brand rooted in staying ahead of the zeitgeist. The brand remains true to its London roots while consistently pushing the boundaries of fashion trends. With that in mind, I wanted to do more than just slap a logo on a garment and call it a day. When stepping up to the challenge, my goal was to create a collection that offered a fresh perspective on the brand while remaining deeply appreciated by its core fans.
I began with thorough research into previous collections, analyzing their approach to apparel graphics and storytelling, and drawing inspiration from current market trends. This foundation allowed me to craft a collection that was both innovative and true to the Corteiz ethos.

MY COLLECTION
WAS IT WORTH IT?
While there was a financial “win” for the winner of this virtual competition, it wasn’t about the money at all for me. I wanted recognition and respect from one of my idols. Clint has paved the way for young entrepreneurs in the fashion industry, and never been afraid to be transparent about what it takes to build your own empire. To get his respect in any form or fashion was a win in my book… and in my eyes, I achieved that.
